CHECK that ALL ingredients bear the Sesame-Free label Press the firm tofu to remove excess water (15 min) Cut the cherry tomato into regular 1.5 cm cubes Cook the potato until tender, peel and mash Peel and mash the banana (or dice if ripe) Wash and finely chop the chervil Take all ingredients out 20 min before (room temperature) Cutting board Paring knife Kitchen scale Mixing bowl Steamer pot Do NOT buy a product without reading the label Do not cut too large: choking hazard Do not leave tough tomato skins Do not give whole banana chunks to under 24 months Do not add salt: baby's immature kidneys NEVER serve a product that may contain hidden sesame Cut ALL pieces the same size for even cooking For 12-18 months: thinner pieces (1 cm) Test cooking with a fork: potato should be melting-tender KEEP PACKAGING of sensitive products to prove sesame-free Check LABELS even for 'obvious' products (e.g. potato packages sometimes share lines with sesame) Take out 30 min before for better incorporation 2
Crumble the pressed firm tofu in a large bowl Add the mashed potato and cherry tomato Fold in the mashed banana Add the binder (silken tofu) Pour in the olive oil and half of the chervil Mix with a wooden spoon Adjust the texture (potato starch if too sticky) Shape the pancakes with oiled hands Place on a tray 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan Lightly oil a baking sheet Arrange the pancakes leaving 2 cm between each Bake in the middle of the oven for 17 min Check cooking halfway through Remove when pancakes are golden Let cool 3-4 min Test the temp with a finger: warm Serve immediately 4

Do not forget to preheat Do not overcrowd the sheet Do not open the oven in the first 8 min Do not overcook: becomes hard and dry Do not use too high heat Do not unmould too hot: burns Check cooking: fork comes out clean For 12-18 months: more moist cooking For 24-36 months: more golden cooking If browning too fast: lower to 160°C Test with a toothpick: should come out clean Remove when shapes come off easily Spoon
