1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "TCS") govern the sale of the Alimino Premium subscription (hereinafter "the Premium Service"), published by Alimino.
By subscribing to the Premium Service, you accept these TCS without reservation.
2. Description of the Premium Service
The Alimino Premium subscription gives access to:
- Managing multiple child profiles
- Unlimited personalized recipes
- Full magazine and encyclopedia
- Advanced nutritional tracking
- Ad-free experience
3. Pricing
The Premium Service is offered at €9.90 per month. Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
Alimino reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with 30 days notice. Changes apply to the next renewal date.
4. Duration and renewal
The subscription is taken out for a period of one (1) month, renewable by tacit renewal.
Renewal occurs automatically on the subscription anniversary date, unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before this date.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal space or by contacting contact@alimino.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund is due for the remaining period.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless you have expressly requested that the service begin before the end of this period.

7. Payment methods
Payment is made by credit card via Alimino's secure payment provider. Billing is monthly.
8. Personal data
Personal data collected during subscription is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The content of the Premium Service (recipes, articles, illustrations) remains the property of Alimino. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
10. Liability
Alimino provides the Premium Service with the greatest care but cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
11. Applicable law
These TCS are subject to French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
